Optimisation recommendation library

The clinician-reviewed set of preoperative recommendations the patient app selects from — it never writes new ones. Every entry below is a sentence a patient may read, with the rationale, the evidence behind it, the eligibility rules that surface it and the contraindications that must block it.

Read-only. Entries are edited in the patient app's Supabase project (optimisation_recommendations); this page reads them and does not write. A recommendation is shown to a patient only when its eligibility rules match and none of its contraindications apply — the app selects, it does not compose.

Patient factors

The dashboard's patient-factor modules — the canonical list that questionnaire answers, SNOMED concepts, medication (ATC) prefixes and score thresholds can raise. Old Surgypal module names are kept, muted, until they are deleted for good; a factor nothing can raise yet is flagged, not hidden.
