Import a RocketChart cash-flow table to bring in your categories, budgets and actuals, then sync Qonto for transactions.

Click a forecast cell in a leaf category to enter the monthly budget; Enter saves, Shift + Enter copies to the following visible months, and an empty cell clears the budget. Enter cash outflows as positive amounts.

New rule
The first matching rule (lowest priority number first) categorises the transaction. Manually categorised transactions are never recategorised.

Qonto sync
The finance-qonto-sync function reads accounts and transactions changed since the last sync, then applies rules to new transactions. The Qonto API key stays in Supabase secrets.
Import a CSV
Two supported formats: the RocketChart cash-flow table export (categories, actuals and forecasts), and a transaction statement (Qonto, bank or RocketChart). Nothing is saved until you confirm; importing again updates existing data without duplicating it.
